    2. Apply to a dental nurse program. There are a few dental nurse programs offered in Singapore. When applying to programs, be sure to research the curriculum, the faculty, and the location of the program.
    3. Complete the dental nurse program. The dental nurse program typically takes one to two years to complete. During the program, you will learn about the anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity, the prevention and treatment of dental diseases, and the ethics of dental assisting.
    4. Pass the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) registration examination. After graduating from a dental nurse program in Singapore, you must pass the SDC registration examination in order to be registered to practice. The examination is administered by the SDC.
    5. Obtain a registration to practice. Once you have passed the SDC registration examination, you must apply for a registration to practice in Singapore. The requirements for obtaining a registration vary from year to year.
